Why are these cooking stoves needed?

  • To contribute to improving the health in each beneficiary household by reducing and decontaminating smoke from the kitchens, which is currently produced by traditional stoves used for cooking food.

  • Reduce pollution produced by smoke by 95%.

​

  • Significantly reduce health complications that affect vision, lungs and throat mainly in women and girls.

​

  • Reduce the consumption of firewood for cooking by 80%.
